MOMOAKADEMIET AS, social entrepreneur, and  Momoakademiet - Ideell forening, are based outside Oslo (Norway) and work both locally and internationally as a catalyst for inner and outer connection, community building, and awareness-based change. 

Through awareness based practices such as Deep Listening,  Somatic Movement, Nature Connection and Creativity, we facilitate embodied transformation processes for self and society, supporting a greater movement towards reconnection, restoration and reconciliation.

Our perspective is that by finding back to a deeper sense of intrinsic belonging with life,  we can bridge the gaps within us, between us, and in our connection to a greater whole.

We offer workshops,  in depth training programs and innovative group processes, engaging the power of meditation, deep listening, creativity, somatic awareness, and self reflection, into the conversation on how to face the many challenges of our times.
